The office of Central Registration has Chromebooks available for parents/guardians who don't have access to technology. Call our office to schedule an appointment and someone will assist you with the technology. Our enrollment portal is also available to access through a tablet or smartphone.

• Transfer Card, Most recent report card, or transcript (if coming from another school)
• Charter school acceptance letter if attending a Charter.

We can provide in person assistance completing your application during our regular business hours. Please bring all required documents with you so we can finalize the enrollment once it is complete. You may also call our office at 609-656-4900 extensions 5733, 5734, 5735, or 5736.

We are currently accepting walk-ins. (No appointment necessary!)

Our business hours are: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Each registration takes approximately 30 minutes. P

At your appointment, our staff will review your original documents and the online application. You may be asked clarifying questions and staff will make any necessary corrections. Any documents that were not uploaded by you will be uploaded at that time. Once your application and documents have been approved you will receive a copy of your registration that shows all the information you entered and what school/grade your student has been assigned. During the school year, you will be given your child's school and start date.

School placement is subject to availability and students are initially placed based on zoning information. Parents/guardians may have situations that require an adjustment to which school their student is enrolled. Requests for transfers are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Yes, you will need to provide information that is specific to each child. Once you complete your first application, you can choose to add another student and import the information. Importing the information will reduce the amount of information you need to fill in.

Trenton Public School offers FREE quality preschool for residents of Trenton. To quality, your child must be 3yrs or 4 yrs old before September 30. Our private preschool providers are located throughout the city of Trenton and most sites are accessible through public transportation. Many of our preschool sites offer lunch and after-school care. Please contact the school of your interest to obtain additional information.
