CAN I FILL OUT A PAPER PACKET?

Paper packets will no longer be used beginning with the upcoming 2023-2024 School Year. All information we used to collect on paper is now on the online application.

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE AN EMAIL ADDRESS?

An email address is necessary. Many sites across the internet provide free email addresses; you may have set one up already if you have a smart phone. Two common sites are Google (Gmail) and Yahoo, however you can create an email address with any site you choose. Having an email address will allow you to keep up communication with your student's school.

I DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO A COMPUTER.

The office of Central Registration has Chromebooks available for parents/guardians who don't have access to technology. Call our office to schedule an appointment and someone will assist you with the technology. Our enrollment portal is also available to access through a tablet or smartphone.

WHAT HAPPENS AT THE APPOINTMENT?

At your appointment, our staff will review your original documents and the online application. You may be asked clarifying questions and staff will make any necessary corrections. Any documents that were not uploaded by you will be uploaded at that time. Once your application and documents have been approved you will receive a copy of your registration that shows all the information you entered and what school/grade your student has been assigned. During the school year, you will be given your child's school and start date.

I WOULD LIKE TO SELECT A SPECIFIC SCHOOL, BUT THE SYSTEM WON'T LET ME

School placement is subject to availability and students are initially placed based on zoning information. Parents/guardians may have situations that require an adjustment to which school their student is enrolled. Requests for transfers are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Once you have completed your registration, please click on the following link to request a school other than the one based on your address and you will be contacted.

DO I NEED TO DO AN ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR EACH CHILD?

Yes, you will need to provide information that is specific to each child. Once you complete your first application, you can choose to add another student and import the information. Importing the information will reduce the amount of information you need to fill in.

WHAT IF I MAKE A MISTAKE ON THE REGISTRATION FORM?

If you are still in the registration form, you can return to a previously viewed page at any time.

If you have already submitted the form, please let the registration office know there is something that needs to be changed when you come for your appointment.
