Trenton Public Schools is excited to invite families, staff, students and community members to take part in shaping the future of our district through the Strategic Planning process.
This three-part series of community meetings will bring the Trenton community together to reflect on where we are today, share ideas about where we want to go and help set the priorities that will guide the district in the years ahead. The process is facilitated by the New Jersey School Boards Association and will help inform the next Strategic Plan for Trenton Public Schools.
The Strategic Planning process consists of three public community meetings, each focused on a key phase of planning:
- Reflect: Reviewing the state of our schools, including current strengths and challenges
- Reimagine: Developing a shared vision for the future of Trenton Public Schools
- Recalibrate: Identifying goals and objectives that will guide district action moving forward
Community input gathered during these meetings will directly inform administrative action planning and the final Strategic Plan presented to the Board of Education.
