Trenton Public Schools invites incoming kindergarten students and their families to join us for a Family Transition Event on Saturday, Aug. 22, from 9 a.m. to noon at P.J. Hill Elementary School, 1010 East State St., Trenton.
The event will provide families with information and activities to help children prepare for kindergarten and feel confident as they begin the new school year.
Families can:
- Learn about kindergarten readiness
- Participate in interactive storytime and hands-on kindergarten activities
- Learn about district programs and supports
- Explore family engagement opportunities
- Receive free kindergarten readiness materials
Families who have not yet completed kindergarten registration can also receive assistance registering their child on site.
