WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!

The Trenton Public School District is proud to announce we are engaging in a process to promote more positive and inclusive learning environments in our school and district. This process will involve using data to explore the quality of school experiences for different members of our community, and then developing strategic plans for enhancing existing efforts to create supportive learning environments for all students. Everyoneʼs voice matters, which is why we will be asking all students in grades 3-12, staff and parents to take the New Jersey School Climate Improvement (NJ SCI Survey).  We are committed to continuous improvement and counting on everyoneʼs support in this work.

Studies have shown a positive School Climate will foster:

  •  Increased levels of satisfaction with the school
  •  Greater involvement in children’s education
  •  Greater influence on children’s attitudes and motivation for academic achievement
  •  Increased parental and family involvement in the school community
  •  Improved relationships and communication between staff and parents

The survey is available in over 30 languages to meet your needs!

Each school will launch their survey for parents starting on April 1, 2025 through April 30, 2025.  Your school will provide you with information to participate in the survey (link or QR Code).  Your opinion matters and we want to hear from you. Your voice matters to us so please plan to take part in the survey.

We thank you in advance for your participation.
