Thank you for your interest in the Trenton Public Schools, Trenton, NJ. The school district is always seeking outstanding applicants for all vacancies. Trenton Public Schools has a district-wide commitment to quality education, a first-rate administration, faculty and staff, and a comprehensive instructional program. The Talent Acquisition and Development Department oversees the recruitment and hiring of more than 2,000 district employees for over 13,000 students. It provides staffing for both professional and support services positions and ensures all employees are compliant with state and federal regulations.

Our mission is to drive the system’s efforts around strategic educational reform through hiring and developing a highly effective workforce. The Talent Acquisition and Development Department supports academic excellence with a key focus on high student achievement, ensuring highly effective teaching, and maximizing efficient and effective operations to support school system goals.

The Talent Acquisition and Development Department’s goal is to provide excellent customer service. Our website provides an on-line application for administrative, instructional and non-instructional applicants. Additional materials for applicants may be uploaded to your on-line application. The Trenton Public Schools, Talent Acquisition and Development Department is located in the Administrative Building (1st Floor), 108 N. Clinton Avenue, Trenton, NJ. Customer Service/Walk-up Hours are from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., and 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Appointment Hours from 8:00 a.m. -10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
